Causa assistance with naturalization
With the help of partnering organizations across the state, Causa can help you with the naturalization application and provide a legal review free of cost. Throughout the year Causa will be hosting one-day events (citizenship clinics), in which we will assist Legal Permanent Residents ("green card holders") who wish to apply for naturalization with the help of an immigration attorney. The assistance is completely free!

Many Thanks Again to The Oregon Community Foundation!- Centro LatinoAmericano is the proud recipient of $13,000 from the Elizabeth S. Holden Fund, the R.W. Family Fund, and the Erika Leaf Family Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation. This grant will provide low-cost legal immigration services for low-income Spanish speaking immigrants in 2012.
The mission of The Oregon Community Foundation is to improve life in Oregon and promote effective philanthropy. OCF works with individuals, families, business and organizations to create charitable funds to support the community causes they care about. PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Oregon Commission on Hispanic Affairs will hold a work session from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, Saturday, January 14th, 2012. 944 West 5th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97402. The meeting agenda will include Commissioner Reports and initiatives for work during the February 2012 Oregon legislative session. A public comment period with a designated time will be offered early in the meeting, after the agenda is approved. The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities.
